jid.pl Jabber/XMPP Server

Hello.
I have follow problem:
When I write from Jabber to ICQ contacts russian text is broken. Otherwise (from ICQ to Jabber) text is not broke.

I google this problem and was find that solution:
1. Mysql base must be in utf-8
2. In my.cnf must be consist:
[mysqld]
default-character-set = utf8
character-sets-dir = /usr/share/mysql/charsets

[client]
default-character-set = utf8
character-sets-dir = /usr/share/mysql/charsets

Sorry if I ask for something asked many times but I can not understand that much of Polish so I have to ask again...

I was trying to install AQQ and on the website I got that if I get a JID.PL account I can in some way configure my MSN account with AQQ, ist it right?

I really dont know for what JID.PL is for, so maybe it is better if someone with English can answer my questions pleaseeeeee?

I wanto configure my AQQ 2.0... with MSN
